Payment is due with order (please allow five working days for UK cheques to clear and 3 days for wired transfer to be credited on premier Vintners account). 2.2. On and Off Trade Clients
Approved On and Off trade accounts may pay not later than 30 days month end following the month of issuing the invoice. Premier Vintners accepts payments in cash, debit and credit card, wired transfer or cheque. Premier Vintners will request each of our On and Off trading accounts, once approved, to sign our terms & conditions prior to start trading with premier Vintners. We reserve the right to charge overdue sums at the rate of 2% per month from the date the payment becomes due. We also reserve the right to suspend deliveries/collections and shall be entitled to retain possession of any goods you would otherwise be entitled until full payment is received by Premier Vintners. 3. Title
Title of all wines shall remain with Premier Vintners until all sums due from the purchaser are paid in full and received by Premier Vintners. 4. Collection and delivery
Indication as to time of collection or delivery is an estimate only and is not intended to be binding. We will notify you as to when wines are available for collection but must receive 24 hours notice before collection. Both National and International transport can be arranged by us as your agent at the rate of charges indicated. Delivery charges are: Mainland UK £9.40 1st case (minimum charge £9.40) and £4.70 for additional cases or part thereof. Scottish Highlands and Islands plus International Delivery Charges: on quotation. 5. Acceptance
The purchaser undertakes to inspect all goods when collecting or immediately following delivery and must notify the carrier forthwith damage, shortfall or deficiency. Satisfactory acceptance of the goods is deemed to be made three days following collection/delivery. Thereafter the purchaser is unable to reject the order for whatever reason. 6. Force Majeure
Premier Vintners shall not be liable for any failure to meet agreed obligations occasioned due to prevailing circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 7. Quality Control
Premier Vintners adheres strictly to a condition code regarding all wines, with proper safekeeping of all wines in our possession and act in good faith when purchasing wine. In the unlikely event of some older wines being corked or out of condition for consumption it will be at the discretion of Premier Vintners that replacements be made available, without obligation. 8. Orders
The placing and accepting of oral orders shall form a contract on the above terms, Conditional upon our written confirmation of order, which may be by way of invoice. 9. Jurisdiction
All contracts are made under English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. This list cancels all previous lists.

- Inclusive of Duty & VAT by case price and bottle price
- Exclusive of Duty & VAT by Under Bond case price and by En Primeur case price

- Provisional and subject to confirmation of our acceptance of order
- All wines are sold ex London
- En Primeur Prices in this list are per dozen (75 cl bottles) unless otherwise stated
