PV Tasting Notes

The Topaz Dosage Zero is a rich and creamy-textured generous Champagne, displays an exciting array of strawberries, cherries, herbs, and sweet spices, a gorgeous core of sweet perfumed fruit emerges from the glass, slightly quirky on the palate, almost like sparkling Pinot Noir, but a beautiful wine of character and finishing with smoky mineral notes. I think this wine will offer its best drinking at the dinner table.
