PV Tasting Notes
This attractive, light coral coloured, fruit laden rosé delivers strawberry and cherry spice aromatics, ample fresh flavours backed by good acidity, providing good harmony on a lightweight frame, almost feminine, the girls will certainly love this.

Light berry, gingerbread and pastry flavors combine for a pleasing effect in this elegant, finely textured bubbly. Balanced and intense, with a lingering, briochelike finish. Drink now. 2,000 cases made. –BS

Deep salmon skin color, with a fine bead. Musky red berries and dried flowers on the nose, along with a subtle undertone of talc. Firm and dry, offering spicy red berry flavors and a tangy citrus zest quality. The brisk finish features very good clarity and cut. A pretty uncompromising style; I like this type of pink Champagne but suspect that many will find it a touch austere. (Wineberry America, Orangeburg, NY) 89 points
