PV Tasting Notes

The Sinols 2007 Rose is made up of 40% Carignan and 30% Garnacha and the rest being Cabernet, Shiraz, Merlot and Ull de Llebre; it possesses surprising body, a fragrant personality of strawberries and cream, along with some crushed flowers, excellent depth of flavour and a crisp zingy finish.

Perfectly accompanies pasta, pulses, rice dishes, vegetables, hors d'oeuvres, white meats and fresh and semi-cured cheeses. In addition, its marked personality enables it to combine with dishes of traditional Mediterranean cooking that are customarily reserved for red wines.

Produced on a co-operative farm of over 350 hectares, these have the opportunity to select from a vast amount of fruit and it shows in this inexpensive range.
