PV Tasting Notes
This has developed beautifully over the past five years, honeyed grapefruit, melon, citrus skins, lanolin with some subtle nuances of smoky oak, it’s all come together now and drinking superbly, lovely long finish. I think this has another 5 years good drinking at least ahead of it. Tasted July 2011

There's lovely toasted coconut, apple pie and lemon cream character on the nose. Full-bodied, with bright, lively acidity and a long, clean, almost minerally finish. Drink now. 2,500 cases made.

White currants, honeyed citrus, and melons are present in this medium-bodied, richly fruity, slightly smoky white Graves. It should drink nicely for 5-7 years.

This is a strong vintage for Bordeaux’s dry white wines, probably as good or better than 2005. Crisp acidity combined with outstanding concentration and the fact that most of the white grapes were harvested before the rains began in mid-September resulted in an impressive group of wines.
