PV Tasting Notes

Orange and tangerine aromas complicated by a fresh herbal note. Brisk, juicy flavours of lemon and white peach. No shortage of intensity here, finishes on a firm and persistent note. Very nicely done.

It is excellent as an aperitif and with light fish hors d’oeuvres, fish-based pasta dishes and risottos, steamed or grilled white–meat fish, any chicken dishes would work well.

The lovely vineyards of Torre Rosazza are located on two natural amphitheatres of eocene marl, which are terraced and lit up by the sun all day long. They also benefit from the refreshing influences of the nearby Adriatic sea and the Alps.
On the top of the hill, the 18th century Palazzo De’ Marchi hosts the cellar, the warehouse and guest rooms.
