Slightly grassy notes to the orange blossom aromas, flavours of citrus dominate with touches of apple, pear, rich honey coated hazelnut, mineral and vanilla, this wine clearly demontrates what is possible with good vintage conditions in Northern Italy from a top producer.

Displays aromas of fresh pear and lemon, with hints of mineral. Full-bodled, with good fruit and a minerally aftertaste of green apple and honey. Concentrated yet balanced. 

It is a princely wine with vegetarian food, shellfish: shrimp and lobster or stir fried prawns with broccoli, most grilled fish and dishes with Thai basil and lemongrass.

The lovely vineyards of Torre Rosazza are located on two natural amphitheatres of eocene marl, which are terraced and lit up by the sun all day long. They also benefit from the refreshing influences of the nearby Adriatic sea and the Alps.
On the top of the hill, the 18th century Palazzo De’ Marchi hosts the cellar, the warehouse and guest rooms.
