A super wine with a versitility to suit amost every palate, its dense ruby/purple colour is followed by a chocolatey blackberry perfume including cranberries, sweet black currants, pepper, and mineralality shining through. Full-bodied, very well endowed, pure, multidimensional, and long, it is now fully accessible. Tasted Jan 2006

Made from younger vines, the full-bodied, ripe, well-endowed, heady 2003 Shiraz exhibits earthy blackberry/chocolate notes, a touch of sweet earth, and a full-throttle finish. Although it is the least complex of this quartet, it is substantial in the mouth.
 

Simply match this to Peppered Steak, Beef with olives, Slow roasted meats, Barbecued Beef Ribs or Lamb Chops, would also be good with Moussaka and Steak and Kidney Pie.
