PV Tasting Notes
While this will not be a long-lived Muscat, for drinking over the near term, it is a splendidly perfumed, medium-bodied dry wine that is meant to be drunk before the meal or with Asian foods, it is not heavy despite copious quantities of ripe fruit, both the aromatics and flavours are of honeysuckle, spring mountain flowers and mineral notes. This really is a delicious, super-perfumed style of Muscat!
This wine is all about the aromatic profile, serve before the meal, or with heavily scented Thai Styled foods, Soft Shell Crab, Thai Curries, Seafood’s with ginger, basil and spring onion or maybe a melted onion quiche with salad or pongy cheeses.
