At Premier Vintners, we are pleased to have a wide number of customers that have been exceptionally loyal to our company, and our products since its inception. We believe that they deserve to be rewarded. This is why we are launching today our Rewards Program, based on a points system. You accumulate points every time you are purchasing wines (excluding all taxes, transport and VAT) from Premier Vintners. These points can be redeemed against a variety of rewards to choose from our catalogue. We are currently developing this system, and we will implement it in different phases.How does it work?
Simply continue collecting points, and when you have enough, exchange them for a set of Crystal Wine Glasses, a Decanter or maybe lovely present for a valued friend! It is very easy to get points: each time you spend £1 in wine purchase (excluding all taxes, transport and VAT), you earn 1 point. The more you purchase, the more points you get! To celebrate the launch of our loyalty program, we have decided to offer bonus points to our most loyal customers: The loyalty points that you have earned each time you purchase wines are valid for a 24 month period from the last purchase date. If you have not redeemed them after this date, your loyalty point account will be reset to zero. In the initial launch phase the following exclusive benefits are available:- A quality design loyalty card from premier Vintners when you have purchased your first order. Automatically given when you are an existing customer and you have signed onto the program. This card will have your unique Premier Vintners customer number.
- Your card membership will give you access to wine tasting events on a priority basis and at discounted entrance ticket price.
- For each one pound spent with Premier Vintners on wine (excluding all taxes, transport and VAT) you will be credited with one point.
- Your total accumulated points can be redeemed for example with the followings items:
Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
1. Points can be earned/accumulated if you have purchased wines from premier Vintners once in the past 24 months from date of launch of this program.
2. Points calculation method is based on total purchase wine excluding all applicable taxes, transport and VAT.
3. Points are not transferable and can be accumulated for a maximum period of 24 months from date of last purchase after which balance will be automatically reset to zero without prior notice.
4. Change of ownership will result in the reset of the points account back to zero without prior notification.
5. Redemption of accumulated points is applicable to fully active accounts and requires settling total dues. No redemption is possible whatsoever if the account is suspended.
6. All applicable taxes due to redemption are to be paid for by the client/account.
7. The points responsible person at Premier Vintners will be the only person authorised to handle all related issues including but not limited to inquiries notifications, redemption, etc.
8. At any time and at Premier Vintners discretion, customers occasionally may receive additional points related to a specific event or promotion without any obligations.
9. Any discrepancy in the accumulation/calculation of point must be reported by the customer within a maximum of 30 days to Premier Vintners from point's notification statement date, for investigations and/or follow ups. After that the customer loses any right to any claim points discrepancy from Premier Vintners.
10. Premier Vintners reserves the right to terminate/change/alter this program or any part thereof at anytime without prior notice and shall not be liable for any loss or damage.
11. All rewards redeemed/issued are not refundable.
12. The customer cannot combine more than one discount offer.
