Wine Sales Professional with genuine prospects of Sales Manager/Sales Directorship
Premier Vintners Ltd is still reasonably small but is rapidly establishing itself as The UK's Premier Fine Wine Distributor, Wholesaler and Online Retailer; having been nominated for IWSC UK Wine Merchant 2008, results are out in November this year, we are currently looking for enthusiastic fine wine specialists to assist in the presentation of its excellent wine list to Restaurants and Retailers throughout the UK and/or building a private client database. The company has been trading five years and now boasts probably the UK's most loyal client base, some of the best agencies, and premium value wines in the world, we are constantly adding to this list and require more dedicated sales people to assist in this continued growth. Currently we are generating increasing sales enquiries with more than the current team can handle and require further dedicated sales support.
The ideal candidates will
- Have a passion for wine and able to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent wine knowledge.
- Exhibit excellent sales skills within the wine trade and have the confidence to deal with high net worth individuals on a regular basis.
- Provide monthly reports as required, manage growth and continued expansion meeting the business goals.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all actions.
- Perform other duties within the company as and when required.
- Must be a hard working, highly talented self starter, exhibiting a positive can-do attitude with strong goal orientation.
- Demonstrate time management skills and discipline to get the job done.
- Communicate with clarity and consistency.
- Work well with other members of the team.
- Exhibit strong follow through on commitments, whether it be to co-workers or clients alike.
- Cultivate strong supplier relationships.
- Be resourceful, creative and have a desire to earn not less than £50,000 per annum.
